Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

@VodafoneUK Thanks. What Vodafone fail to do is allow for proactive fixes. This is clearly a break waiting to happen but even a paid call wasn’t an option. Had to book a “master socket move” to get it sorted. Not good customer focus.

Another @VodafoneUK promised #broadband go live day comes and goes and still no internet. This is beyond a joke. Promised a mifi device that never turned up. Don’t join @VodafoneGroup if you want to work from home #which #broadband
