I purchased 5 cartridges at their recommendation and they don’t work. I have 4 unopened and they won’t take them back for a refund or a swap so I’m out $150. I bought them less than a week ago. I won’t be back due to their total lack of customer service.

You all have great deals and staff, but the reward point glitch and then the decision by ownership to not restore people’s points was an awful misstep. That’s hundreds if not thousands of dollars to consumers who keepyour lights on. The medical marijuana business prints money and the main consideration should be the the people who pay and voted for your right to earn revenue.Update- my review was pointed to ownership. I still shop here and understand accidents happen. Thank you for taking the time to reply

So almost 100% of the time this is the top shelf dispensary in quality, price, and ease of acces/use, in a 50-60 mile radius. However, 92% of the time the staff staff is tops, it’s the 8% …. “I really don’t want to be here” Attitude.

Stopped in Saturday afternoon and saw Dakota, Kieran, Keegan and Connor! Some of my faves! This is my go to store every single time. They have the process down and there is very rarely a wait. Online ordering is so easy and it’s convenient to go in, check in and be out within minutes. They are always friendly, conversational and helpful. See you guys soon! Thank you for being there!

Good service with freindly staff. Check in wheh you walk in so you know your order status and if you will be getting served. They make sure each patient is actaully greeted and set up. Favorite dispo after years of shopping around cincinnati

Came into the dispensary and had a very pleasant experience. Chris, the guy that checked me in, super cool and helpful. As my first time there as my friends caregiver. Jesse helped me in the back with info on different products and brands. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Definitely impressed! This was my first time visiting, wow you guys nailed it! Prices were great today and the process was super fast even as a new patient. I placed my order online a few hours before they opened and it was already packed, ready and correct! Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend especially if you see a deal...go for it the new patient process is a breeze!
