Recently picked up a pair of Flak 2.0 XLs on the Oakley SI site. Deep water Prizm... they’re sweet. Got them to replace the Mainlinks that got stolen out of my car. I didn’t try them on first cause it was an internet order and once I got them, I thought they looked too small. They’re nowhere near as wide as I imagined. And the bridge is also narrow.
I don’t have a super large face. I’d say it’s medium large. Is this just how they fit? Anyone else have this problem with Flaks?
I’m thinking I might have to exchange them for Radar EVs, I just like the Flak style better.

Yep I cant wear flaks either and my face is nowhere near as super large as @QLR1 s face

I have not had that issue with the Flak 2.0 that I have but the bridge of the nose problem could be because the nosebomb is an Asian fit. Is there another nose piece in the box and if so swap it out and see how that works? It’s worth a shot.

Yep, there’s another set of bridge pads. I’ll give it a try, but it’s the overall width is the problem more than the bridge. Good advice though.
At first I didn’t think I’d like the Radars, but I tried on a pair of my cousins and they look way better on me than the Flaks. I’ve never owned anything but the lifestyle models (Frogskins, Holbrooks, Chainlinks and Mainlinks). The Flaks were my first sport model. Bummer they didn’t work out cause I really like that style.
So I’m thinking I’ll go to the O store tomorrow and make the switch. Anyone have any suggestions? If I like Holbrooks, Mainlinks and would consider Flaks as my first sport purchase, what’s another option?
