Supplì

If you’re wondering what the difference is between these and arancini, it’s all in the shape and filling. While arancini can be larger, sometimes cone-shaped and stuffed with the likes of meat and fish, supplì are typically smaller, round and always feature simply rice, tomato and mozzarella.

Corteccia
